Mark Landis has been called one of the most prolific art forgers in U.S. history. His body of work spans 30 years and has been displayed in hundreds of art institutions nationwide. Art and Craft features Landis and those out to expose and stop the artist, who never forges “for the money.” The film starts out as a cat-and-mouse caper but emerges as an intimate story of obsession and the universal need for appreciation and purpose. Film is free w/Q&A and reception afterward with Landis and the filmmakers.
