Your experience includes a farm tour, live music, and beautiful SWVA scenery on the farm. Vegetarian dinner options available.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available on the farm, carpooling is recommended.

What can I bring into the event?

Bring your favorite beverage(s), wear comfortable shoes and dressing in casual layers is suggested. The event will happen rain or shine and when the sun goes down, it can get a bit chilly.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It is helpful if you bring your printed ticket to the event. Tickets will be checked in at parking entrance.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Because this is a fundraiser no refunds can be given. Please pass your ticket along to someone if for some unfortunate reason you cannot attend. 100% of all proceeds benefit ASD’s work in Central Appalachia: www.asdevelop.org.
