COVID POLICY: COVID POLICY: Numbers are declining and things are looking very hopeful that by the time of this event, transmission levels will be moderate or low and Covid precautions will be able to be relaxed. We’ll make a final call a few days before the event. If CDC numbers remain substantial or high, we will require masking and proof of negative test or Covid vaccine. And if they reach a critical threshold, we will cancel the event. But if, (fingers crossed!), community transmission continues to drop and reaches moderate or low status, those precautions will be optional.
