GO ALL OUT AND RUN

Join MPCC Staff for a six week running program designed to get you outdoors and active. Program meets once a week for one hour. The class includes a timed fun run. T-shirts and medals will be given to those who complete the six weeks. Registration is required and program begins Sept. 19. Call 423-434-5749 for more information.
