Is that an anteater or a pig?  Neither, it’s a tapir!  Check out tapir fossil replicas, learn more about types of tapirs, and discovery why tapirs are so important to the Gray Fossil Site in honor of World Tapir Day.  Programs announced periodically throughout each day.

Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am-5:00pm
Sunday 1:00 pm-5:00pm
Monday 9:00 am-5:00 pm (March, June, July, & August only)
The Museum is closed the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
