Heritage Alliance: Flashback Friday

Last year, the Heritage Alliance partnered with Jonesborough Elementary School to bring the fourth grade class to Oak Hill School for Flashback Friday where they did their 21^st century lessons in an 18^th century school. Jonesborough Elementary will be returning this Friday, October 18 for their second installment of Flashback Friday. Students will use the slate boards and materials of the late 1800s to do their modern lessons. They will be in the schoolhouse from 8:15-11:30. You’re invited to come and experience the morning with them. Oak Hill School is located at 214 East Sabin Drive in Jonesborough in the same parking lot as the Jonesborough Public Library.
