Introduction to iNaturalist

Interested in learning how to use the iNaturalist app while helping Tennessee State Parks inventory the diverse array of plant and animal species during their 2019 Tennessee State Park Bioblitz? Now is the time. Come meet with park staff member, Faith Reaves, and learn how to use the iNaturalist app or iNaturalist website to record and identify some of the cool and unique species at our park. We will be outside, taking pictures and learning how to submit your observations on iNaturalist. If you are planning on using your cell phone to make observations, please make sure you have the application downloaded and that your battery is fully charged prior to attending. Regular cameras are also welcome but observations will have to be added via your personal computer.
Dress accordingly for the weather and plan to meet in the visitor center.
