Kiner Creek Hike

Join local field herpetologist Tristan Clark for a guided hike to Kiner Creek Falls. Along the way, participants will learn about the natural history of Kiner Hollow, the Laurel Run Gorge and what makes the area so special. Expect to see a variety of native reptiles, amphibians and other wildlife during the hike. This hike will follow Laurel Run trail past the main waterfall to Kiner Creek. Once we reach Kiner Creek, we will hike a half mile up the stream to reach Kiner Creek Falls.
This is an intermediate hike geared towards individuals with a desire to learn about the natural history of the area. This hike is available to everyone age 12 and up. Participants will meet Tristan Clark at the Laurel Run trail head and begin the hike once everyone arrives.
Price to attend is $20 for adults and $10 for kids age 12 – 17. We hope to see you there!
