MAHC: Rock Creek Falls

Mid-Appalachian Hiking Club
Drive: 20 miles ($3)
It is a fairly steady climb from Rock Creek Recreation Area (2360 ft.) to the falls (3400 ft.), a gain of 1040 feet. However, none is too steep and by taking our time we should be able to manage without difficulty. After leaving the camping area we will be inside Unaka Mountain Wilderness Area for the entire hike.
