Mother’s Day Storytime at the Visitor Center
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – Locals and visitors alike are invited to bring their toddler and elementary-aged children to a seasonal Storytime event celebrating Spring and Mom on May 9 at 10:30am during special Saturday hours at the Johnson City Visitor Center.
Visit Johnson City is partnering with the Johnson City Public Library for a storytime led by local children’s librarian, Suzy Bomgardner. As laughter and imagination fill the air, little bookworms can enjoy stories and music as well as free drinks and snacks provided by the Visitor Center. The first 24 little listeners will also receive a cookie and flower to give to Mom or other special caregiver in their life.
Come share in the magic of storytelling and make meaningful Mother’s Day memories together at the Johnson City Visitor Center.
What: Mother’s Day Storytime at the Visitor Center
When: Saturday, May 9th at 10:30am to 11:15am (Visitor Center opening at 10am)
Where: Johnson City Visitor Center (302 Buffalo St, Johnson City, TN 37604)
