New River Trail Challenge

The New River Trail Challenge Triathlon is an off road endurance triathlon. 40 miles dirt road bike + 12.1mile downriver kayak + 13.1 mile dirt road run. It is held in September at the New River Trail State Park in SW Virginia. The total energy output for this race is more than a 70.3 Half Ironman race. Many complete in a team.
