oin blackbelt instructor Brad Eldridge on the banks of the Nolichucky River for a fun and effective class on practical self-defense techniques. This class will teach you how to avoid becoming a victim, how to recognize threats before a situation gets out of control and, after a conflict begins, how to keep yourself safe effectively and legally. You will leave class with techniques you can use immediately. Must be at least 16 years old. No experience necessary.
