Survival Challenge: Nature Camp

JC Parks & Recreation Summer Camp
Date: July 8-12th
Location: Meredith Pavilion, 203 Carroll Creek Rd., Winged Deer Park
Time: 9-4 pm
Ages: 7-12
Camp Fee: $80
Attitude is everything when it comes to survival. We will learn skills such as fire starting techniques, camouflage, shelter building and consideration of safe food and water preparation, the Ten Essentials and more. As we hike, we will study the lay of the land as it relates to survival. We will head to Legion Street Pool on Tuesday and Buffalo Mountain Park for hiking and creek crawling on Thursday for two wonderful field trips.
