The Quillen 100: A cycling relay and community health event

The Quillen 100, presented by Ballad Health, is a cycling relay and community health event created by medical students at the East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. Proceeds from the race will go to Tri-Cities American Heart Association.
The main events will feature two relays with 2-4 riders per team:
– For the non-competitive relay, each team will cycle 40 laps (20 miles) — 12pm-1:30pm
– For the competitive relay, each team will cycle 100 laps 50 miles) — 2pm-4:30pm
– Prior to the relays, there will be a FREE kids ride for kids 6+ — 10am-11am
Throughout the event (10:00 AM-4:30PM) there will be a community health and food truck festival on the infield. Food Trucks will be featured from all over the Tri-Cities area and beyond. The Health Fair will feature free blood pressure and blood sugar checks, nutritionist’s services and much more! We will have kids events, so bring the whole family and come out to support the American Heart Association!
