DESCRIPTION:Food City Hauler Parade to welcome NASCAR Cup Series teams back to Bristol on Saturday morning\, April 11\n\n\n\nThe Food City Hauler Parade will take place on Saturday morning\, April 11\, featuring NASCAR Cup Series team haulers arriving at Bristol Motor Speedway.\nThe parade route begins on Commonwealth Avenue at Euclid Ave. in Virginia and continues along Volunteer Parkway into Tennessee\, ending at Bristol Motor Speedway’s Entrance #2.\nThe Food City Big Cart and Salute Trailer will lead the parade\, which starts promptly at 8 a.m. and lasts about an hour\, covering approximately 9 miles.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe rumble of NASCAR thunder will be on the streets of Bristol on Saturday morning\, April 11\, as the beautiful race car haulers of the Cup Series teams make their official arrival to Bristol Motor Speedway in the official Food City Hauler Parade\, it was announced today by speedway officials. \nFans who want to cheer on their favorite teams and welcome the NASCAR Cup Series to Bristol are encouraged to line along the route of the parade\, which begins on Commonwealth Avenue at Euclid Ave. on the Virginia side of the city and then turns into Volunteer Parkway as it crosses the state line into Tennessee. The parade will travel south on Volunteer Parkway (Hwy 11E) until the rigs enter the BMS property at Entrance # 2 (South). \nThe Food City Big Cart and Salute Trailer will lead the Food City Hauler Parade. \nThe timing for the Food City Hauler Parade includes a start time of 8 a.m. sharp. The first truck is expected to enter BMS at approximately 8:30 a.m.\, where they will roll into the infield and park in their designated positions within the infield-garage area. The parade route is approximately 9 miles in length and will feature all of the Cup Series transporters that are entered in the Food City 500 on Sunday April 12. The parade is expected to be completed by 9 a.m. \nThe last time a NASCAR parade was held at Bristol Motor Speedway was in March 2019. \n“We’re thrilled to welcome the NASCAR Cup Series transporters back to town with the Food City Hauler Parade\,” said Jerry Caldwell\, president and general manager of Bristol Motor Speedway. “The route will take the trucks down Volunteer Parkway and into The Last Great Colosseum. DESCRIPTION:51st NSRA Street Rod Nationals South Set to Roll into Johnson City\, Tennessee in 2026! \nJOHNSON CITY\, Tenn. – The National Street Rod Association (NSRA) is excited to announce that the 51st edition of the Street Rod Nationals South will take place on May 8th and 9th\, 2026\, at the Appalachian Fairgrounds in Johnson City\, Tennessee!   \nSince our first event in 1970\, the NSRA has committed itself to bringing together street rod enthusiasts from across the nation\, fostering friendships and providing educational resources for our community. The inaugural Street Rod Nationals in Peoria\, Illinois\, paved the way for our growth\, and in 1975\, we launched the Street Rod Nationals South in Winston-Salem\, NC. This event has evolved  over the years with relocations to Columbia\, SC and then in 1984 to Knoxville\, Tennessee – culminating in our milestone 50th Street Rod Nationals South in 2024.   \nThe 51st Street Rod Nationals South promises two exhilarating days filled with camaraderie\, education\, and\, of course\, incredible vehicles.
