DESCRIPTION:The Bays Mountain Park Association has partnered with a local yoga instructor to offer residents a series of yoga classes inside the park’s planetarium theater this spring.\nThe following classes will be held beginning in March:\n–          Winter Planetarium Yoga: March 6 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n–          Spring Equinox Yoga: March 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.\n–          Spring Planetarium Yoga: April 3 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n–          Earth Day Yoga: April 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.\n–          Mother’s Day Yoga: May 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.\nFinally\, a special Yoga on the Barge session will be held on May 23 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (weather permitting).\nFrom dawn to dusk\, the planetarium will feature a Sun and Moon that simulates a day’s journey in 30 minutes while performing Sun Salutations\, Warrior series and balance poses.\nConcentric\, eccentric and isometric contractions will be featured so students can work to optimize both their strength and balance as well as their mobility. Finally\, the sessions conclude with a relaxing starry night sky for the remaining 10 minutes of the class.\nEach class is approximately 45 minutes in length\, and the cost is $12 per person. Class size is limited to 9 people. Participants of all levels are welcome to attend. DESCRIPTION:Netpro Studios in Kingsport\, TN\, is set to host the 3rd annual Wrestling for the Kingdom weekend camp from April 24th to 26th. This unique event invites Christian pro wrestlers (as well as referees\, managers\, etc.) \, ages 18+\, to gather at The Beautiful Bobby Eaton Arena for a weekend filled with spiritual growth\, professional wrestling training\, and fellowship.\n\nEach day will kick off with Christ focused\, Biblical messages from guest speakers\, followed by in-ring training sessions led by renowned coaches:\n\n* Les Thatcher\n* George South\n* Chance Prophet\n* Matt Sigmon\n* Devon Shooter\n\nTraining sessions will cover a comprehensive range of topics\, including ring psychology\, conditioning\, holds\, match-building\, storytelling\, nutrition\, and weight training. Participants will engage in in-ring drills\, single training matches\, tag team training matches\, and more.\n\nWe are also excited to partner up this year with one of the top promotions in the country\, Innovate Wrestling. Talent attending this camp will have an opportunity to participate on the event Saturday night\, and receive direct feedback after the matches.\n\nSchedule:\n* Friday\, April 24th: 9 am – 6 pm\n* Saturday\, April 25th: 9 am – 5 pm\n* Saturday evening is the Innovate Wrestling event – an opportunity for seminar talent to perform in front of a live audience then receive direct feedback. It’s time for an exciting afternoon of jumping\, racing and just plain “horsing around” on the front lawn of Allandale Mansion.\nHobby Horsing is a unique sport that involves participants riding stick horses for events like barrel racing and jumping courses. Kingsport’s 2nd annual hobby horse derby promises to be a fun-filled\, family-friendly event celebrating the art of hobby horsing.\nKingsport’s Hobby Horse Derby will take place at Allandale Mansion on April 26 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  The three-hour event will include Barrel Racing\, a Jump Course and a Speed Race and is broken down by age categories: 3 to 6\, 7 to 11\, 12 to 15 and 16 and older.\nEach event costs $7 per person to participate and participants must bring their own hobby horse to the event. DESCRIPTION:The Bays Mountain Park Association has partnered with a local yoga instructor to offer residents a series of yoga classes inside the park’s planetarium theater this spring.\nThe following classes will be held beginning in March:\n–          Winter Planetarium Yoga: March 6 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n–          Spring Equinox Yoga: March 21 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.\n–          Spring Planetarium Yoga: April 3 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n–          Earth Day Yoga: April 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.\n–          Mother’s Day Yoga: May 9 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.\nFinally\, a special Yoga on the Barge session will be held on May 23 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (weather permitting).\nFrom dawn to dusk\, the planetarium will feature a Sun and Moon that simulates a day’s journey in 30 minutes while performing Sun Salutations\, Warrior series and balance poses.\nConcentric\, eccentric and isometric contractions will be featured so students can work to optimize both their strength and balance as well as their mobility. Finally\, the sessions conclude with a relaxing starry night sky for the remaining 10 minutes of the class.\nEach class is approximately 45 minutes in length\, and the cost is $12 per person. Class size is limited to 9 people. Participants of all levels are welcome to attend.
