SUMMARY:Bays Mountain Park: Evening Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Bays Mountain Park has partnered with a local yoga instructor to offer an Evening Meditation class to the community this Saturday.\n\nThe 40-minute immersive breathwork and meditation program will take place in the planetarium theater on September 26 beginning at 5:30 p.m. – the same day as the park’s Campfire Tales event.\n\nThe planetarium will simulate a day’s journey\, from dawn to dusk\, while participants discuss the evidence-based benefits of meditation and diaphragmatic breathing. This class is designed for those who wish to learn about and/or become better at meditation and will conclude with a starry night guided meditation.\n\nThe cost of the program is $10 per person. Feel free to bring water with a sealable lid. No mat is required. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start time. DESCRIPTION:RAD Fall Fling\npresented by Strange Engineering\n\nTuesday\, September 29 – Saturday\, October 3\, 2026\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis 17th annual event returns to Bristol in 2026\, known as the RAD Torque Systems Fall Fling\, invading Thunder Valley with the best big money bracket racers in the country competing for some of the biggest payouts in drag racing. \nScheduled for September 29-October 3\, 2026\, stay tuned to see what the Fling team puts together for 2026! \nThis event will be on a pre-entry basis for racers\, with more information on that expecting in the coming months.
