DESCRIPTION:A Christmas Carol\, by Charles Dickens\, has been a hallmark of the Christmas season since it was\nfirst published in 1843. Join nationally acclaimed entertainer and local celebrity David Browning\nas he interprets this timeless tale as a one-man dramatic presentation in the person of Ebenezer\nScrooge and 12 other characters from Dickens’ classic story. Browning may be best known for\nhis hilarious antics as “The Mayberry Deputy” based on the character of Barney Fife from the\nclassic TV sitcom The Andy Griffith Show\, but he has many other performances and characters\nto his credit including Ebenezer Scrooge. \nPerformances will be held on Thursday\, December 11 th and Friday\, December 12 th at 7:00 PM in\nthe elegant “West Room” of the Historic Taylor House at Sabine Hill State Historic Site in\nElizabethton\, TN. Following the show guests will have the opportunity to meet with Mr.\nBrowning and tour the candlelit rooms festively decorated for Christmas.
