SUMMARY:St. Paul & The Broken Bones Concert
DESCRIPTION:St. Paul & The Broken Bones roared onto the soul-revival scene in 2014 on the strength of showstopping lead vocalist Paul Janeway\, whose earth-shaking vocals are matched only by his irrepressible energy as a performer. From Birmingham\, Alabama\, the band has a conservative eight pieces\, Janeway\, bassist Jesse Phillips\, guitarist Browan Lollar\, keyboardist Al Gamble\, drummer Andrew Lee\, trumpeter Allen Bransetter\, Chad Fisher on trombone and Jason Mingledorff playing saxophone.\nThe band’s 2013 debut album\, Half the City\, earned them national attention and gigs on the likes of CBS Sunday Morning\, Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Late Show with David Letterman. Their infectiously funky live performance ability landed them two chances to open for The Rolling Stones in 2015. St. Paul & The Broken Bones’ music is so winning. It’s got heart and soul and flair\, with a well-worn sound buoyed by strong\, fresh songwriting. Sea of Noise\, the second full-length album\, marks a quantum leap in sound and style for the high-voltage band from Birmingham.

SUMMARY:Witches Wynd 2017
DESCRIPTION:Exchange Place needs no props after dark for a spooky atmosphere\, with its shadowy corners of ancient log buildings where storytellers wait to relate chilling tales of the past. Guests assemble at the barn\, divide into five groups\, each of which is led by a lantern-bearing host to hear all of the five stories wind and through scenes relating to the story just heard. Autumn weather in Tennessee can be cool enough to bundle up and windy enough to enhance the evening. Many autumn leaves are still clinging to the trees as October moves into November.

DESCRIPTION:Yarn Exchange Present Chilling Halloween Tales\nMonday\, October 23 at 7PM\n \nOn Monday\, October 23 at 7PM\, the Yarn Exchange Radio Show will present a performance to celebrate the Halloween Season\, in a production filled with mysterious stories and eerie legends from the region.\n \nTrue accounts of the macabre\, straight from the pages of local history and lore include the woesome story of Cadet Cox\, whose death still remains shrouded in mystery over one-hundred and fifty years later.
