SUMMARY:Paramount Bristol: The Wallflowers
DESCRIPTION:JUST ANNOUNCED\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPARAMOUNT BRISTOL PRESENTS\nTHE WALLFLOWERS\n\nSATURDAY\, OCTOBER 22\, 2022 at 8pm\n\nFIRST LOOK: Happening Now!\nMEMBER PRE-SALE: Tuesday\, August 9 at 12pm\nPUBLIC ON-SALE: Friday\, August 12 at 12pm\nRock ‘n’ roll is often hard to define\, or even to find\, in these fractured musical times. But to paraphrase an old saying\, you know it when you hear it. And you always hear it with the Wallflowers. For the past 30 years\, the Jakob Dylan-led act has stood as one of rock’s most dynamic and purposeful bands – a unit dedicated to and continually honing a sound that meshes timeless songwriting and storytelling with a hard-hitting and decidedly modern musical attack. That signature style has been present through the decades\, baked into the grooves of smash hits like 1996’s Bringing Down the Horse as well as more recent and exploratory fare like 2012’s Glad All Over.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBUY TICKETS

SUMMARY:Paramount Bristol: Blackberry Smoke
DESCRIPTION:Blackberry Smoke\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSat\, October 29\, 2022\n\n\nDoors: 6:30 pm / Show: 7:30 pm\n\n\n$53.04 – $95.00 (prices include all applicable fees and taxes ) / Members save at least $5 per ticket\n\nBUY TICKETS\n\n\nBlackberry Smoke — vocalist/lead guitarist Charlie Starr\, guitarist/vocalist Paul Jackson\, bassist/vocalist Richard Turner\, drummer Brit Turner\, and keyboardist Brandon Still – are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year. Over the years\, the band’s toured with ZZ Top\, Zac Brown Band\, and Eric Church\, while the group’s last four full-lengths reached the top 10 of the Billboard country charts\, with two of these albums (2015’s Holding All The Roses and 2016’s Like An Arrow) landing at No. 1. \nTheir latest release\, You Hear Georgia\, reinforces that the band members have come so far together because they also can rely on one another for support and creative direction\, no matter what the circumstances. “Having played music together for so long\, it does become a sort of a telepathic thing\, where we all are nodding our head at the same time\, like\, ‘A-ha\, I know what this feels like\,’ or what it should feel and sound like\,” Starr says. “That’s what makes it so enjoyable to be in a band: to play with the same dudes decade after decade\,” he adds. “Because when you land on something that works to you\, you don’t want to stop. You want to keep doing it.” \n  \nDoors open at 6:30pm. Our Box Office opens 2 hours before showtime. For shows not already sold out\, tickets will be available at the door on the day of show for an additional cost of $5 (+tax and service fee). BUYER BEWARE! Third party tickets (StubHub\, eTix\, VividSeats\, etc.) will NOT be honored. Tickets are available via paramountbristol.org or our Box Office ONLY.  All sales are final. SUMMARY:Larry Fleet to Perform at Paramount Bristol
DESCRIPTION:Blue-collar\, Tennessee native Larry Fleet grew up with a love of music sparked by an eclectic mix of influences spanning Merle Haggard to Marvin Gaye. To make ends meet\, he spent tireless hours working construction jobs – never losing sight of his dream to make music. A chance encounter with Jake Owen in 2017 led to a collaborative friendship and an opening slot on the road. Shortly thereafter\, Fleet was sharing the stage with one of his heroes – Willie Nelson – and etching his mark in the Nashville songwriting community\, co-writing with esteemed tunesmiths Rhett Akins\, Brett James\, and Kendell Marvel. The hard-working family man is turning heads now with full-length album\, Stack of Records (Big Loud Records)\, produced by Joey Moi\, the follow up to his aptly titled first project\, Workin’ Hard. Breakout hit “Where I Find God” – a powerful ode to finding peace in a higher power’s presence – is featured on the new set\, garnering Fleet praise for his “emotive vocals” (Billboard) and amassing over 22 million official music video views. Fleet is on the road now supporting Morgan Wallen’s Dangerous Tour.
