Contestants will be in our region beginning June 16th and will participate in public appearances and service projects leading up to the competitions at Martin Center. Organizers are in the planning stages for the event and further details will be announced for the competition and ancillary events in the future. \nMiss Tennessee Scholarship Competition organizers\, along with Visit Johnson City\, City of Johnson City\, East Tennessee State University\, and Holiday Inn Johnson City\, gathered for a public press conference the morning of Wednesday\, September 20th officially announcing Johnson City as the host destination for the 2024 event. \n“Our organization has been committed to be inclusive of the entire state of Tennessee from the time we took over leadership of the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Competition.
