Johnson City: Senior Softball World Series
Senior Softball World Series at Winged Deer Park
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – Johnson City will host the International Senior Softball Association (ISSA) Senior Softball World Series at the Winged Deer Park Softball Complex this week. In its 30th year of competition, this ISSA event will bring in roughly 60 teams from 15 states, yielding an estimated economic impact of nearly $500,000. “We are thrilled to bring the Senior Softball World Series to Johnson City,” said Kaitlyn Ricker, Director of Sports Development with Visit Johnson City. “This event celebrates the talent and dedication of senior softball athletes while fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. We look forward to welcoming teams, families, and fans for an unforgettable week of competition and fun.” Division winners from this tournament will receive an automatic berth to the 14th Annual World Tournament of Champions (WTOC) in Tampa, Florida in February of 2025.
