Join us at the Johnson County Center for the Arts’ Gallery on Main and see the wonderful creations by the Blue Ridge Fiber Guild.“Fiber Enthusiasts in the High County” is the tagline for the Blue Ridge Fiber Guild. Guild members are excited to share their decorative and functional fiber works as the Arts Center’s featured artist in November.
Expect to see items made from everything from traditional wool and cotton to recycled plastics. Knitted and woven shawls, hats, and other cozy wearables, as well as functional items including handwoven table linens, kitchen towels, and quilts will all be on display and perfect for holiday giving. The walls will feature fiber art produced by several local and nationally-known fiber artists.
Light refreshments will be served, and we’ll enjoy live music. Show will be on display throughout the month of November. |
