Victorian Christmas Social

The Annual Progressive Dinner Gets an update to a Victorian Christmas Social. Tickets are on sale at www.jonesborough.com/tickets. Event will take place December 7 from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm at three locations in downtown Jonesborough including the Chester Inn and Sister’s Row. Tickets are $100 each. This is a fundraiser for the Heritage Alliance.

Everyone has been waiting for news about the ever-loved dinner fundraiser for the Heritage Alliance. Now, more than usual, we need a little Christmas! The Progressive Dinner is getting a new name, The Victorian Christmas Social, and will be back again this year on Dec. 7.

Enjoy the experience of seeing historic homes, especially when they are decorated to the nines. This year, we have three wonderful locations for you to visit!

The Chester Inn will be welcoming you to enjoy part of your evening in our traditionally Victorian dressed parlor and dining room. For a second time, the Helvey’s home (also known as the Bledsoe House) will be opening; and for the first time, the Dosset family will be welcoming you to Sister’s Row, where their renovation and restoration work is ready to be celebrated in festive fashion.

The location chosen for your ticket is your starting venue, where you will be served drinks and bountiful, bespoke hors d’oeuvres. Your ticket purchase includes admission to the additional two homes for dessert and entertainment. You only need to purchase one ticket at $100 for entry to all three homes for the evening.

The event will begin at 6:00pm and a shuttle will begin running after the main food and will run continuously until 9:00pm.

We are excited to welcome you back for Christmas and hope that you will join us in celebrating the holidays in this fundraiser, and in our other programming throughout the season.
