Jonesborough’s popular Yoga in the Park series returns this summer. Classes take place every Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. in Jimmy Neil Smith Park, located behind the International Storytelling Center in downtown Jonesborough.
These community yoga classes are free to attend and open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced. Sessions are led by certified instructors from across the region and offer an hour of movement, mindfulness, and connection in a scenic, relaxed outdoor setting. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket. Classes are weather permitting, and while there is no cost to participate, instructor donations are welcome.
