“We are a bluegrass & acoustic group from the hills of East Tennessee. We all live near Rogersville, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The Ball Sisters Band features the award winning musicianship of fiddler Jessica Patton and guitarist/mandolinist Cris Griffin.Their father, Randy Ball, plays guitar, while our friend John Skelton on bass rounds out the group. We have played over fifty over performances each year, but have recently cut back on our bookings. We have been fortunate to get to play shows in Tennessee, Kentucky,Virginia, and North Carolina. We have played on shows and at festivals featuring The Dan Tyminski Band, Rhonda Vincent, Doc Watson, Ralph Stanley,Blue Highway, John Hartford, Mike Seeger,John Anderson, The Dillards, Doyle Lawson, The Grascals, Pine Mountain Railroad, and Ricky Skaggs.” Ball Sisters Band |
