The 43rd Annual Mountain Makins Festival returns to Rose Center for another great year of award-winning arts and crafts, live music, children’s activities, delicious food, and good friends. This delightful annual event is a Hamblen County tradition that brings the community together to celebrate our shared heritage of life in the Appalachians.
