Pickin’ at the Doak’s Celebrates 9 Years
Appalachian music is alive and well at the Doak House where local musicians gather once a month to pick 19th century tunes and share stories of their craft. This year we celebrate 9 great years of Pickin’ at the Doak’s music and fellowship.
Join us at the museum on the 4th Friday of each month (January through October) at 6 p.m. for our fun, free, family friendly old-time music gathering. The next Pickin’ at the Doak’s will be Friday, August 23 at 6 p.m. Bring a picnic and enjoy the jam!
