Have you been wanting to learn how to make your own bread but don’t know where to start? Here’s your chance to learn from seasoned bakers in our state of the art commercial facility in beautiful Unicoi, Tennessee. Participants will learn the no-knead sourdough method, bake bread together, and take home a sourdough starter and several recipes!
