Yarn Exchange Radio Show “If These Walls Could Talk”

This month, the Yarn Exchange takes a unique turn in storytelling! The episode “If These Walls Could Talk” is filled with stories that have taken place within the walls of Jonesborough’s historic buildings. From the old courthouse on Main Street to Sister’s Row, to the Cunningham House, The JRT, and Main Street Cafe, and many other favorite old haunts, you’ll discover that these walls hold secrets. After this show, you might want to go check out some of these secrets for yourself!
Joining the cast this month will be Marian Short, bringing her beautiful voice as the musical guest. Sharing a style of Gospel and spiritual music, Marian’s performance is sure to give one more reason for the walls to talk.
The Jonesborough Yarn Exchange Radio Show will perform Monday, August 27th at 7PM at the International Storytelling Center. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online at Jonesborough.com or by calling the Historic Visitors Center at 423-753-1010.
