New Workshop Announcement Food Entrepreneurs Lunch & Learn Thursday, June 20 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Andy McCarthy, co-founder of the Southeast’s most popular popsicle company King of Pops, will be moderating the class and leading the panel discussion. After 10 years of operation and recently exiting his company, he’s transitioned into advising businesses and is loaded with information on the good, bad and ugly of running, starting, and scaling an iconic food business.

Mike Woliansky. owner at No Evil Foods in Asheville, will be on the Q&A experts panel talking about his startup journey from environmental sustainability eating experiment to  the national distribution of his plant based ‘meats’ brand.

Jennifer Ferrebee, founder of Verde, will be there too sharing experiences growing her business from concept to the fast casual salad empire it is today.
