Thursday, Sept. 13– “From the Sea” Cooking Class – 10:30 a.m.
Betty has planned a very special cooking class. The menu includes:
Grilled or blackened mahi or salmon, (this depends on what is fresh!).
Grilled asparagus.
Squash casserole.
Mixed green salad, with sundried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
Dessert: Mini Belgian chocolate shells filled with raspberry cream and topped with homemade whipped cream.
Beverages: WINE, coffee, water
