Hot Cocoa and Paint Community Event

The Heritage Alliance, in partnership with the Washington County Public Library, will host a Hot Cocoa and Paint Community Event on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the historic Chester Inn Museum Parlor, located at 116 W. Main Street, Jonesborough, Tennessee.

Designed for participants of all ages, the event offers visitors the opportunity to paint kindness rocks for the Jonesborough Community Rock Garden or to take their creations home. Attendees will also enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and snacks while supplies last. A Valentine’s card-themed photo booth will be available for guests to capture the occasion.

The event provides a welcoming setting that encourages creativity, community connection, and early celebration of Valentine’s Day, all within the historic ambiance of the Chester Inn Museum.

Admission to the event is free, though donations are encouraged to support the Heritage Alliance and its ongoing efforts to preserve and promote local history.

Seating inside the Chester Inn parlor is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Craft materials and refreshments will be provided while supplies last.
