Jonesborough Halloween Haunts & Happenings
Join us in Downtown Jonesborough on October 31 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. for Main Street Halloween Haunts & Happenings. Walk around downtown trick-or-treating at various stops that highlight local businesses in Downtown Jonesborough.
You can also enjoy activities and games along the way. In Jimmy Neil Smith Park, behind the International Storytelling Center, complete spooky missions with Haunted Laser Tag provided by Paradise Acres. Come and enjoy all the witchy fun by meeting the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus in the Christopher Taylor Cabin, brought to you by Enchanted Experience from JRT. DJ Love will be mixing some spooky tunes throughout the evening in front of the courthouse.
Come see if you have the best Halloween costume in our Food City of Jonesborough Costume Contest. Starting at 7 p.m., numerous age categories, including a group category, will be judged and 1st and 2nd place winners will receive awesome prizes.
Make sure to stop by the International Storytelling Center for free face painting and a free Halloween craft provided by the McKinney Center. You can also visit the McKinney Center at 103 Franklin Avenue, from 5 to 8 p.m., to check out spooky artwork at the Halloween Haunts & Happenings Art Exhibit that will be on display until November 1.
Don’t forget to check out all the carved pumpkins lining Main Street from The Great Jonesborough Pumpkin Party. They will be on display from October 29 through Friday, October 31.
