Samadhi Healing Arts Center: The Lower Triangle

Join us at Samadhi Healing Arts Center on April 24th as we welcome Kelli Hansel Haywood, yogini and author of Sacred Catharsis, for a three hour workshop exploring “The Lower Triangle”, the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras through yoga, meditation, and journaling.   Using these tools, we will unpack the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that have been with us for so long that they have become mostly unconscious. You will find through participating in this workshop that there is significant and sacred beauty to be experienced even in the places we often label as dark. There is tremendous power held within our foundations and our core beliefs.
