Learn to make authentic tamales with the Tennessee Tamale Guy, Herman Garcia. His salsa is the best around here; learn to make it yourself! Herman will share his Birria recipe with us, which can be used to make tamales, tacos, tostadas, and many other things. You’ll also be making a perfect guacamole. Time permitting, we may make tacos or tostadas.
