We will prepare Longevity Greek Salad with Sweet Potato, Arugula, and Feta cheese, Blue Zones Bouillabaisse filled with Cod, Salmon, and Shrimp, served with Skordalia and Sour Dough Bread for dipping. For dessert we will make Finikia (Honey Cookies).
