Unicoi: Bread Baking Class

Bread Baking Class November 13, 5:30 – 7 p.m. at the Mountain Harvest Kitchen

Have you been wanting to learn how to make your own bread but don’t know where to start? Here’s your chance to learn from seasoned bakers in our state of the art commercial facility in beautiful Unicoi, Tennessee. Participants will learn the no-knead sourdough method, bake bread together, and take home a sourdough starter and several recipes! Bread Baking 101 Introduction to bread baking Instructors: Rachel York, UT Extension and Claudia Langley, home baker extraordinaire Workshop fee is $15. Seats are limited.
