Tales of Our 250th: A Jonesborough History Variety Show – A House Divided Tales of Our 250th continues at the Jackson Theatre on October 22nd. Before America’s one hundredth birthday, the country was faced with a great conflict, the Civil War. It pitted families and friends against one another as the country debated enslavement, states’ Join the Jackson Theatre and the McKinney Center for a series of programs celebrating local history and America’s 250th birthday. Tales of Our 250th includes skits, historians, re-enactors, musicians, and much more in a tapestry of Jonesborough stories and community history.
