True and Chilling Tales Tour
Downtown Jonesborough 116 W Main St, Jonesborough, TN, United StatesThe Heritage Alliance hosts the True and Chilling Tales Tour at 7 p.m. on October 24, 25, 26, 30, 31 and November 1. Nancy: Original Production
In 1820, Elihu Embree published his newspaper The Emancipator on Main Street, Jonesborough. The seven edition paper is the first publication dedicated solely to the cause of abolitionism.
