    Fall Folk Arts Festival The Fall Folk Arts Festival is the last full weekend of September. Fall activities typical of a 19th century farmstead, demonstrations and sales of high-quality hand-made handicrafts and a Harvest Market are featured. Traditional music, old-fashioned foods, children’s activities, and animals are important parts of the event.  Begun in 1972.  2019

  • Farmfest

    Farmfest Farmfest is the first Sunday afternoon of the community wide FunFest. The focus is on Children’s “play” and “chores” and demonstrations of summertime activities on a 19th century farmstead. No sales are made except at the John Gaines Store.  2019 date: Sunday, July 14.

Demonstrations of springtime activities on a 19th century farmstead and sales of plants, garden accessories, farm products, and related arts are the focus.
