McKinney Center: 2023 Soups and Songs
The McKinney Center invites guests to their annual Soups and Songs fundraiser on Monday, November 27. This event is an in-person, sit-down dinner with holiday entertainment.
Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. Dinner will be served between 6 and 7 p.m. The sing-along will begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $30 per person. Seating for this event is strictly limited to 125 tickets.
The soup bar will be back with a variety of selections including Chicken Tortilla soup from Main Street Café & Catering, a hearty Beef Chili soup made by Ben Putland, as well as, other options which will include a vegetarian soup. The meal will include bread, tea, water and a cookie for dessert.
The StoryTown Radio Show cast will showcase holiday stories. Music will be led by the Jonesborough Novelty Band and the audience is encouraged to sing along. This event will also recognize holiday traditions across the globe.
This event serves as a fundraiser for the StoryTown Radio Show production all year round.
