McKinney Center Fall Market
The McKinney Center will host an Art/Craft show on Friday, August 23, noon – 6pm and Saturday, August 24, 10am – 6pm.
Vendors will be set up in the parking lot directly outside of the McKinney Center and throughout the building. The McKinney Center Fall Market will feature over 30 artists and vendors including:
Michael Dinapoli with the MAD Potter (pottery), Jean G’Fellers and Anna Koetter with Paper and Smoke Studios (handmade journals, wood burning, and 2D art), Michael Bishop with Rustic River Design (wooden cutting boards, coasters, and other items), The River (button bracelets), Carolyn McLaney (painter), Robin Castania with Expressions by Robin (fabric art), Linda McCulley of Linda McCulley Designs (jewelry), Karen Hitchcock with Blue River Studios (glass fusion), Elizabeth Parker with L&B By the Sea (sea glass art), Chelsea Shepard with Chelsea Rene Crochet (dinosaurs, blankets, baskets, etc.) Jeffrey and Rebecca Thomas with Peasant and Raven (drawings, painting, jewelry), Savannah Lebre with Nostalgic Candles (candles), Tami Moore with French at Art (pearl and silver jewelry), Anita Ramsey (baskets), Michael Watson with Bottle Hollow Images (photography), David King with Datil Sensation (preserves and sauces), Daniel Kessler (2D artwork), and Deborah Mann with My Mountain Flower Natural Soap, Robin Willmann with Harmonic Journeys (chimes and more), Nancy Smith with the Bead Designer (jewelry) Angela Carr with Angela Carr Elementals (jewelry), Margaret Rasnick with Meek & Mystic (wax melts and candles), Donna Olijani and Doniqua Joyner (painting and fabric art), Erin Hollis with EJ Creations (jewelry), Ronnie Spurlock (wood work), and Kelly Ronan (maker).
Sista Bigfoot Soul Food & BBQ will be offering lunch and dinner both days including, pulled pork, ribs, smoked meatloaf and fish. There are picnic benches behind the McKinney Center for visitors to sit and eat during the event.
Live music will take place throughout the weekend. On Friday, August 23, noon – 2pm the Sweetwater Troubadours, 2-4pm is Scott Wild, and from 4-6pm is the Jazz Exchange. On Saturday, 10 – noon will be violinist Chloe Suarez, noon – 2pm dulcimer music by Roxanne McDaniel, 2-4pm Kenny Ray and Rick Lilly, and the day will wrap up Ryan Bernard from 4-6pm.

The event is free and open to the public.
