Hale Springs Inn Artist Exhibition

Please join us for Mr. Robert Spirko’s art exhibit on Wednesday, August, 2nd from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and meet this amazing man!

Robert J. Spirko was born in Youngstown and grew up in Warren, Ohio and enjoyed creating art from an early age.  With a degree in Fine Art from East Tennessee State University in 1968, he continued to develop his artistic skills throughout his adult life. The first part of which was spent in the military and business world where he not only developed artistically but also acquired excellent management skills. From the mid 1970’s to 2014 he owned and operated a professional art studio and a commercial art and antique gallery. He now works out of his art studio in his home. He has shared his enthusiasm for art with his 3 children (one being our very own General Manager, Nick Spirko) who have each gone on to pursue careers in the arts and education. For 20 years he taught art classes in the 4^th and 5^th grades in the Hamblen County Tennessee schools. Over the same time frame he also taught adult and children’s art classes at Rose Center and Council for the Arts, Walters State Community College and Tusculum College. He continues to teach periodically at Rose Center and other locations.
He will be at Hale Springs Inn on Wednesday, August 2nd from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm to display his work, meet everyone, and answer questions anyone may have about his work. His work will be on display and available for purchase for the entire month of August. There will be complimentary hors d’oeuvres provided and every one is welcome to attend.
