RFSP Monthly Volunteer Day
Whitehouse Cliffs Trail Work Day
We will probably be working on the NEW Whitehouse Cliffs Trail This is RFSP’s long-term major trail project. A new Whitehouse Cliffs Trail has been designed for a safer ascent/descent, water erosion controls, scenic views of the Whitehouse Cliffs Face & Whitehouse Cliffs Overlook on top, and other unique trail features.
Rocky Fork Ranger Staff will provide hand tools, hard hats, and will have some work gloves (please bring your own, if you have any). Difficulty: Moderate to Difficult with hiking involved to get to new sections.
Please wear weather appropriate clothing, closed-toed shoes/boots (NO sandals/flip-flops), bring water, and bring snacks if you like.
We will also post updates on this event if we think inclement weather is going to be an issue for the trail work day.
