ACA Level 4 Whitewater Kayak Instructor Certification
If you want to learn how to teach whitewater kayaking, while improving your own paddling, an ACA kayak instructor class is the way to go. Instructor classes review and polish fundamental paddling skills for instructor candidates, as well as present methods to teach new kayak students and improve skills of more experienced kayakers. NOLI is offering one level four kayak instructor class in 2021, led by ACA ITE Robin Pope and instructor Scott Fisher. Courses are 5 days in length divided into two weekends. The dates shown during booking reflect the first weekend only and participation in both weekends are required for successful completion.
Course dates/times for 2021 are:
- Course 1: May 28-30 (IDW) & Jun 12-13 (ICE) – must attend both weekends
- Class times for the IDW are Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-6pm and Sun 9am-5pm
- Class times for the ICE are Sat 9am-6pm and Sun 9am-5pm
