McKinney Center: Fall Market
The McKinney Center is accepting entries from vendors, makers, artists and food trucks for their third annual Fall Market on Friday, August 25, noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday, August 26, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. inside the McKinney Center as well as the main parking lot in front of the building. The deadline to apply is Saturday, July 1 or until all spaces are full. The McKinney Center is located at 103 Franklin Avenue in Jonesborough.
The McKinney Center is looking for local and regional artisans. All items must be hand-made, some examples include jewelry, pottery, paintings of various mediums, photography, printed items, season décor, holiday items, wood carving, glass work, fabric art and mixed media. Artists are encouraged to demonstrate at their booth.
The purpose of this show is to highlight the fine art produced in our region. The Town of Jonesborough is dedicated to bringing the community at large closer together and show other communities the creative influence that the arts can bring to their quality of life. It is imperative that the quality of this art show be maintained and offer patrons the opportunity to experience art and craft of the highest standards.
