Butterflies through Binoculars

Led by Larry McDaniel of Tri Cities Young Naturalists,
Everybody loves butterflies. They are beautiful, fly during the day and are easy to find. Let’s go find some as
we walk the grounds of Sycamore Shoals on Saturday, July 10 at 2:00 pm. We’ll see and learn about a number
of species. We won’t be catching them or using nets. Instead we will watch them using binoculars and try to get
some photos too. So, bring binoculars, cameras and water to enjoy this fun and educational activity. We have
some binoculars to lend to anyone who needs them.
