Have an ok roll in the pool but a sometimes roll in moving water? Join us for our Combat Roll Class this Thu to diagnose, tweak and strengthen your technique to improve the odds of you coming up successfully when it counts. We start in flatwater to work on your foundation before paddling downriver to apply it in current. Our use of video has been very popular with students (and our instructors too) as it allows us to slow things down and really identify where we need to spend time.
