Gear Lab: Suspension Setup

Welcome to Gear Lab, powered by Trek Women Johnson City, TN ! In this class, we cover the most common do’s and don’ts when it comes to adjusting the suspension on a modern mountain bike. From initial setup, adjustments, routine maintenance and more…you’ll walk away confident that you and your bike are ready to hit the trails. This class is free to attend (plus we’ll have snacks!), and every participant gets a gift card to stock up on some snazzy new gear!
Stay tuned for our other classes such as MTB 202, where we teach trailside repairs such as changing a tubed and tubeless flat, suspension setup, chain repair, and more.
